Tea leaves from hand-picked farms, of which there are only five in Japan, are lavishly used. Instead of picking tea leaves by machine, only the best quality tea leaves are carefully selected and harvested without including poor quality leaves, resulting in a tea with a robust flavor and absolutely no cloying taste. The tea leaves are made from “Saemidori” and “Gokou,” varieties that are difficult to cultivate but have a strong flavor, and tea masters with over 100 years of experience and skills create the ultimate product every year without compromising the flavor.
