COMPANY

We want people to know the true taste of matcha.

Most of the matcha distributed in the world is low grade bitter matcha

When I was on a business trip to New York, matcha was just booming in the United States.

I stopped by a nearby matcha specialty store and tried some matcha.

The matcha they were selling was of very poor quality, poor color, low grade, and very bitter.
It could not be called delicious.

It was not even matcha, but powdered green tea from a country other than Japan.
As a great lover of matcha, I felt as if all the efforts that Japan had made since ancient times to produce delicious matcha had been trampled on, and I was very sad.

Since that day, I have been working to show the world the true deliciousness of matcha.

Through matcha, our mission is to bring the true taste, health, and hospitality of matcha to people around the world.

High-quality matcha has no bitterness.
