What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order is 20kg, but smaller quantities may be possible depending on the conditions, so please feel free to consult with us.
What is the lead time?
For orders of around 100kg, delivery can be made in approximately one month.
For larger, unexpected orders, the lead time is about two months.
For products delivered in cans, the current lead time is approximately four months.
Is OEM available?
Yes, it is possible! If you would like to use your own label, the process will be as follows: after submitting your design, we will provide a photo confirmation and then a physical sample confirmation, followed by order placement and payment.
For matcha packed in bags, the cost starts at $1.5 per bag, including the bag, label, and processing fee. The price increases depending on the bag size.
For matcha packed in cans, the cost is $2 per can, including the inner bag, label, and processing fee.
Shipping Method?
Our products are mainly shipped by air to ensure optimal freshness.
We do not recommend sea freight, as temperature and humidity variations during ocean transport may affect the quality of matcha.
Depending on the order quantity, shipments are arranged via courier service or air freight.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
